The Public:
Shakespeare In The Park
At Pentagram, I art directed the execution of The Public Theater’s annual Shakespeare in the Park identity under Creative Director Paula Scher. Scher established the season’s “strange bedfellows” concept and its central bed motif; I refined the creative direction and worked directly with The Public Theater’s production team to bring the identity to life across the final campaign applications. The resulting work translated the concept into a cohesive seasonal identity seen by approximately 100,000 attendees and an estimated 50 million citywide impressions.
